Our Story

Little Village Bakery (LVB) began long before the name came about. My passion for all things sweet began as soon as I could see over the stove. I started making pies and cupcakes for friends and family during the holidays and slowly began expanding to fulfill orders for those who wanted something sweet. Fast forward some years and after spending a year in college, I decided it just wasn't for me. There I realized I wanted to pursue my culinary passion. After researching several culinary programs, I found The French Culinary Institute's (now the International Culinary Center) Pastry Arts program & fell in love! I learned crazy awesome French techniques, sugar art and even cake decorating! After months of intense training I graduated as a Pastry Chef in 2010. From that day on there was no stopping me in my dream of opening a place all my own to share sweets with the world!


These days at LVB, I can be found busy in the kitchen creating new and exciting recipes or whipping up a batch of my soft chocolate chunk cookies just because! I love baking with my daughters and teaching others what I know in my fun workshops. From cookies to wedding cakes there are so many things I enjoy baking. My dream is to open my mobile bakery and bring my sweets to everyone, anywhere! Orders for clients are taken and fulfilled Monday through Saturday. My Sundays are spent with family in church and then at home around a big Sunday dinner, where of course, there's dessert!
